How do I know which side is which?
Look at the vehicle from the rear. 

L= Left is Passenger Side or Nearside.

R= Right is Driver Side or Offside.

Do you sell painted parts?
None of our parts are painted. Some parts are primed and ready to be painted by you. Product descriptions will state if the part is primed. 

I cannot find what I need or you are out of stock.
New parts are added daily, however if you cannot see what you are looking for, please call 0121 520 1000.

I need to cancel or amend my order or a part of it.
Please call us ASAP after making the order on 0121 520 1000 and give us the details of the order and name on the invoice.

How do I return parts?
Please ensure the part or parts you are ordering are correct and you require them.  Specially ordered parts may not be returned and are not refundable. Vehicle registration numbers do not guarantee the parts will be correct, as their can be variations. It is your 
responsibility to order the right parts.

If the delivery driver is present, then send the parts back and do not accept them.
If the driver has gone then call and inform us ASAP. Remember to give us the Invoice no.at the top right of your invoice.

Parts may only be returned if in original packaging, not damaged, painted or altered in any way.  If you return an item, you are responsible for the cost of return. If we collect, a charge (based on size and distance) may apply.

What do I do if I receive a damaged part?
Parts can be fragile. Please check all parts on delivery to ensure they are correct and in satisfactory condition as we cannot be responsible for damages or shortages once the driver has left. If damaged or incorrect parts are received then please call 0121 520 1000 for replacement whilst the driver is still present.

Will my part come with a Manufacturer's badge?
No, the majority of our parts are 'Aftermarket' and will not include badges or logos. We do not sell Badges/Logos.

Do you sell xenon headlamps? 
Most of our headlamps are Halogen, unless stated otherwise.
