Returns must be completed within 28 days from the delivery date, or will not be accepted.
If your purchase has to be returned or has a manufacturing fault, we will generally exchange or refund the item provided it is received by us in new condition unused, and in the original packaging. In the case of faulty items this does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse, for which there will be no refund or exchange.
Any goods returned to us will receive a handling charge of between 15%-30%. Delivery and Return carriage charges are non-refundable. We will not accept responsibility for damages or breakages after delivery under any circumstances.
Specially ordered items cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or credit.
Refunds will only be made back to the original Debit or Credit Card used, and only after the parts have been received by us and inspected.
Any refund or exchange does not extend to the cost of return and re-delivery, which we will not cover. Parts not returned in original condition will be considered devalued and will not be accepted.
