For you to receive the correct parts and service you expect please order carefully and completely. (eg: All parts at once for the same job).
While our parts are new, the actual descriptions and images are offered as a guide only, and some may differ.
Know the necessary details ready for what you need: Make / Model / Body style / Number of doors / Engine Size / Petrol / Diesel / Air conditioning / Manual / Electric / Black / Primed / Amber / Clear etc. Registration numbers can help however, occasionally addition information may be required.
As items vary in size, shape, weight and dimensions, delivery charges may vary. If this is the case, we will contact you before the items are dispatched.
Orders placed will be dispatched within two days, although delays are sometimes possible.
Please order parts carefully so that your parts are correct. If you are unsure or have any questions, please call 0121 520 1000.
We do not recommend that you order Bonnets, Bumpers or Rear Quarters for delivery by a courier company due to the vulnerability of the parts, which may become damaged in transit.
We are unable to offer a delivery service to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and Scotland.
All parts must be checked at the time of delivery with the driver, and the refused if damaged.
Parts returned that are incorrect will also be charged a Return Carriage Fee, deducted off your refund.
At times we use a courier so please check all items are correct for the vehicle and received in satisfactory condition on delivery.
Unpaid orders will not be left with the customer without payment.
If you are unable to be there yourself at the time of delivery, please ensure there is someone responsible to inspect the parts on your behalf.
Failed deliveries will incur a charge before delivery is attempted again, while failed deliveries by a courier will incur an additional charge subject to weight and dimension of goods.
We will make every reasonable effort to ensure that your goods arrive on time, however we shall not be held liable for any consequential losses, damages or expenses incurred by you the purchaser or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of late or non-delivery of the order or any part thereof.
In the unlikely event that the goods have been damaged in transit, you must refuse the delivery and sign for as damaged, with the Delivery Driver then inform us immediately in order for us to take appropriate action as quickly as possible.

We reserve the right to accept or refuse any order at our discretion.

Returns must be completed within 28 days from the delivery date, or will not be accepted.
If your purchase has to be returned or has a manufacturing fault, we will generally exchange or refund the item provided it is received by us in new condition unused, and in the original packaging. In the case of faulty items this does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse, for which there will be no refund or exchange. Any goods returned to us will receive a handling charge of 15%. Delivery and Return carriage charges are non-refundable. We will not accept responsibility for damages,breakages, shortages or incorrectly items ordered after delivery under any circumstances.
Specially ordered items cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or credit.
Refunds will only be made back to the original Debit or Credit Card used, once items received back to us and is inspected to ensure they are in re-saleable condition.
Any refund or exchange does not extend to the cost of return and re-delivery, which we will not cover. Parts not returned in original condition will be considered devalued and will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to alter our part numbers and update product stock and prices without warning. Some listed parts are yet to become available from the manufacturer. Prices listed exclude VAT and are subject to availability. Manufacturer logos and photos are for illustration purposes only. As our parts are 'After Market', manufacturer badges and logos are not included with our parts.
